During Project 1 at Kemnal, most pupils had expressed an interest in working again with Inspiration Africa! when the project was running at Rectory Paddock school.

Therefore, everyone was delighted when, on the first full project day following the African Worlds visit, the pupils met up again in the hall and joined in with the story-telling.

As project 1 was fully documented on the website and loaded onto the classroom pc, Kemnal pupils were able to show their partners pictures of themselves participating in Inspiration Africa! (see Internet page).

They worked together preparing the artwork for the SPLIT PAGE HARMONY BOOK and the combined virtual banner shapes.

Directed by Sola, Kemnal pupils helped collect words and acted as scribes for their Rectory partners, capturing ideas and poems and preparing interviews around the project.

These and individual poems from both projects were then read out at the joint performance on the final day. Pupils were also able to present their finished artworks to each other.
