Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School Print and Multimedia Workshops

The pupils visited Richard Cloudesley and Rosemary schools and met the artists, teachers and pupils. They discussed the project and prepared for the forthcoming schools' workshops.

At the start of the project they printed their own T-shirts which enabled them to experience and understand the print processes that would be used in the project.

The multimedia workshops took place over two days and a group of pupils from Rosemary School also participated.

Pupils were shown some slide/sound presentations and prepared storyboards of their ideas. The artworks were then photographed and made into transparencies and this material was combined with action shots taken during the workshops to form the slide presentation. Finally, this was prepared for installation.
