INSPIRATION AFRICA!
Project 8
COMPUTER WORK
Years 3/4 and 5/6 at Brent Knoll School
"At the time of the project we had limited ICT resources in school. Tony and Jacqui resolved this issue by projecting the internet site onto a screen so that the children were able to see their own work and that of other schools.

On the third day of the project the pupils looked at their introduction day on the Inspiration Africa! website. Crimson class looked at the site in the morning and then the projector was moved next door to the Rose classroom for Years 3 and 4 to watch in the afternoon. Everyone seemed to enjoy seeing themselves and their work on the internet.
During the project some pupils drew African instruments on the classroom computer
Now the school is online, the children are able to see the site, view their work and take part in classroom activities. The children have also completed an evaluation on the website"
