TEXT-TILES/INSPIRATION AFRICA
Text-Tiles/Inspiration Africa is an Internet, Art and Literacy project originally initiated and supported by the London Borough of Bromley through the London Education Arts Partnership. The project was set up by the Arts Group 'Cloth of Gold' working with website developer Jacqui Callis and Xanthe Gresham, storyteller from 'Word of Mouth' as part of the Bromley Wordscapes '98 initiative, the first phase of the pilot stage - run with children from Grays Farm Primary School from the Crays Valley area of Bromley - has now been completed and is documented here.
