On the way, he saw a beautiful butterfly, and being a cheerful chappy who loved things like that, he followed it into the woods. After a while he lost sight of the butterfly, and decided to go home.

Then he realised he was lost!! He didn't have a clue where he was. Panther wandered around for a while, but he didn't see anything he recognised. Then he heard a loud, scary voice just behind him.

"Caught you now, Panther! I don't think you'll ever see your friends again!"

As Panther began to turn round, he thought he saw the most terrifying sight he had ever seen, But then he felt a sharp crack on his head, and everything went dark.....

Back in the pub, the others had finished their wine, and were getting ready to go home. When they arrived, they were puzzled to find that Panther was not there ?? "I wonder where he could have got to?" said Lion.
