The teachers were very positive about the T-shirt printing workshops and both teachers and parents were impressed with the quality of T-shirt each child produced. The class teachers felt that whilst the children found the process exciting and stimulating the workshops were not too disruptive in the classroom and fitted well into their days teaching.

Feedback teachers had got from their classes indicated that the children were fascinated with the use of the "printing machine" and greatly appreciated being able to take their T-shirts home.

Some of the children had written descriptions of the experience and had made drawings to describe the process from design to print and the effects of overlaying two colours.

The teachers were pleased with how well the children had worked on the design and preparation of their paper shapes and felt it was a useful introduction to some quite complex ideas that would be developed further with the class banner projects.
