Overall the staff team seemed to enjoy the InSET session very much and felt it prepared them well for the project ahead. The opportunity to see other work by Cloth of Gold, print their own T-shirts, collaborate on the banner and discuss the project design for the class banners seemed to reassure and enthuse them. Teachers used the work that they had produced as examples to help explain to the children the screen printing process and what was expected of them. The banner they produced was displayed in the school at the beginning of the project to inspire the children's efforts.
